Menu for the June 29th Thursday Market

Here is our menu for June 29:
Laramie Levain $5/ loaf
Blend of organic white flour, whole milled wheat, and whole milled rye.
Baguette $3.50/ baguette
Slow fermented yeast bread.
Seeded Multigrain $5/ loaf
Whole milled wheat, sunflower, flax, pumpkin, homegrown corn, and oats.
Cinnamon Pull Aparts $3 /each
Flour, butter, cinnamon, sugar, yum!
Pain Rustique $4/ loaf
Pre-fermented white flour in a ciabatta-style bread that's as light as a pillow.
Flax Sunflower Levain $6/ loaf
High extraction white and whole wheat flours with organix flax and sunflower seeds.
Roasted Potato Bread $5.50/loaf
White flour, roasted potatoes and a dash of whole wheat.
