It's our last day at the market for 2017 this week, and we have guest bakers in the kitchen! Our friends and breads gurus Milt and Carole Quam are visiting from Eugene, Oregon and helping bring our selection of artisan breads to market this week. Arrive around three for the best selection!

Here's the menu for the coming week:

Signature Breads

Laramie Levain $5

Blend of organic white flour, whole milled wheat, and whole milled rye.

Baguettes $3.50

Levain/yeast blend.

Seeded Multigrain $5

Whole milled wheat, sunflower, flax, pumpkin, homegrown corn, and oats.

Pain Rustique $4

Pre-fermented white flour in a ciabatta-style bread that's as light as a pillow.

Rotating Breads

Potato Bread $5.50

Potatoes picked fresh from the garden last night.

Whole Wheat Levain $5

A delicious whole wheat bread.


Pain Au Chocolat

All organic ingredients, including chocolate(!), made by hand. A special treat!
