Our First Pop-Up - Saturday, September 30 - Order Now!


Thank you to everyone who made our outings at the Thursday Farmer's Market a success. This summer, we made a profit of $1,000, which will go to Feeding Laramie Valley.

As many of you know, our biggest challenge this summer was the volume of our production, as we could only produce 40 freshly baked loaves and 15 croissants for each market in our outdoor bread oven. In order to scale up production, while maintaining the quality of our bread, we have identified a stone oven that would help us to double our production.

To raise capital and continue sharing our love of breadmaking with Laramie, we're planning our first pop-up bread sale for Saturday, September 30 from 4-5 pm.

Here's how it works: Fill out the linked order form here at the top of our website for two loaves of bread for $10. On the form, you will have your choice of four breads. We will also have some fun experiment breads for sale for those who have placed orders. Bread orders will be ready for pick-up at our home, 5418 Pilot Peak Rd. from 4-5 pm on Saturday September 30. You can see our oven and meet our goats and chickens while you pick up your bread. Though this is our first outing, we do anticipate selling out, so please order early!

Laramie Levain

Blend of organic white flour, whole milled wheat, and whole milled rye.


Seeded Multigrain

Whole milled wheat, sunflower, flax, pumpkin, homegrown corn, and oats.


Pain Rustique

Pre-fermented white flour in a ciabatta-style bread that's as light as a pillow.


Semolina Sesame

Semolina flour blended with organic white flour and sesame seeds for a yummy Italian flavor.
