February Pop-Up: February 17


Blake and I are back from Thailand, and we are eager to bake. We are planning a pop-up for this Saturday, February 17. Stop by between 4 and 5 pm for delicious bread.

Here's how it works: Fill out the order form at the top of our website and here for two loaves of bread for $10. On the form, you will have your choice of four breads. Bread orders will be ready for pick-up at our home, 5418 Pilot Peak Rd. from 4-5 pm on Saturday, February 17. You can see our oven and meet our goats and chickens while you pick up your bread.

As has become our custom, we're planning a couple of bonus breads for purchase if you like on Saturday. We'll have chocolate bread and a rye bread with cranberries and nuts.

Following is the menu of bread for February 17th:

Pane Alla Siciliana

An Italian white bread made with semolina flour and topped with sesame seeds, boasting a delicious open crumb.

Rustic Walnut Ciabatta

The light as a pillow, open crumb that you expect from a ciabatta with the rich, nutty flavor of walnuts and wheat bran.

Laramie Levain

Our traditional sourdough bread with a fancy French name!


Seeded Multigrain

Whole milled wheat, sunflower, flax, pumpkin, homegrown corn, and oats.
