Thursday at the Market
Last week was great start for the Laramie Thursday Market. Thank you to everyone who came out to visit Blake, Brianna, and our boys. This week, the weather is sure to be beautiful, so plan to come on out for a lovely day in the park. Following is our menu for tomorrow. Plan to arrive early for the best selection of breads.
No two loaves of these ciabatta-like loaves are the same. Light as a pillow, made with organic white wheat.
Slow fermented levain yeast blend.
100% levain leavened. Blend of organic white flour, whole milled wheat, and whole milled rye.
Whole milled wheat, sunflower, flax, pumpkin, homegrown corn, and oats.
Semolina flour blended with organic white flour and sesame seeds for a yummy Italian flavor.
Classic buttery, chocolate pastries.
Iranian flatbread with spelt and nigela seeds.
