Happy Independence Day! Blake and I took possession this week of a new oven and we are excited to be able to soon increase our production - just as soon as we figure out all of quirks. In the meantime, we've got a great menu for tomorrow at Undine Park.
100% levain leavened. Blend of organic white flour, whole milled wheat, and whole milled rye.

Slow fermented levain yeast blend.
Whole milled wheat, sunflower, flax, pumpkin, homegrown corn, and oats.
An Italian white bread made with semolina flour and topped with sesame seeds, boasting a delicious open crumb.
Bread made with cocoa and chocolate chips, so yummy!
It's a dense rye sourdough with seeds, currants, and molasses. Great for the hikers and runners among our bread lovers.
