At tomorrow's Thursday Market, our featured bread is Pane alle Cioccolata or Italian chocolate bread. This bread not only combines my favorite foods, chocolate and bread, but it's somehow more than the sum of its parts. It's delicious as a dessert or a sweat breakfast treat, covered in a spread like cream cheese and piled high with fresh fruit. In our winter pop-ups, many of our customers report that they eat this as a snack fresh from our oven, never making it to dessert or the next day's breakfast table.
We will also bring out our Sunflower Flax Levain, a seed and nuts take on our classic French sourdough bread. Both of these will join our everyday favorites - Seeded Multigrain, Laramie Levain, Focaccia, Baguettes, Pain Rustique, Chocolate Croissants, and Kouign Amann Pastries - at the Thursday Market in Undine Park tomorrow starting at 3 pm.
