Farmer's Market News and a Pop-up Saturday

This Saturday, May 14, Blake and his assistant, Abbey, are looking forward to baking for another Solstice Acre Breads pop-up bake. It’s finally warming up and they’re eager to stretch out in the bakery ahead of moving to the Farmer’s Market this summer.

Many people have heard the sad news that the Thursday Farmer’s Market will not be returning to Undine Park this summer. We are so sad to see our home market go, but we are planning to move to the Friday Market. Look for more information from us as the dates of the market get closer.

In the meantime, here’s the information for Saturday’s pop-up event:

Please join us by filling out the order form linked here: https://form.jotform.com/221306337071143. On the form, you will have your choice of four breads. Bread orders will be ready for pick-up at our home, 5418 Pilot Peak Road, from 4-5 pm. We'll come right out to your car and deliver your bread to your door. Have something special planned during pick-up time? Order anyway, and we'll arrange another time for pick-up.

Pain Rustique

A classic French style rustic bread. Think ciabatta without the giant holes in the crumb. Makes yummy sandwiches or serve with olive oil and basil.

Laramie Levain

Our signature sourdough made in the French country bread style. More mild than American sourdoughs, but full of flavor and a great chewy texture.

Roasted Potato Bread

A flavorful loaf made with ample amounts of roasted potatoes. This makes the best egg salad sandwiches!

Sunflower Flax Levain

Our standard French sourdough with a huge hit of sunflower and flax seeds. This one is amazing with some good butter and cured meats. Also makes great breakfast toast!
