January Pop-Up – SATURDAY January 18th

Happy New Year! I’m back on my feet and am excited to start baking again. We are going to have our first pop-up bake of 2020 this Saturday. If you're new to our Solstice Acre pop-ups, they go like this: Fill out the order form at the top of our website for two loaves of bread for $11. On the form, you will have your choice of four breads. Bread orders will be ready for pick-up at our home, 5418 Pilot Peak Road from 4-5 pm on Saturday . And as usual, we’ll have a few pastries available as well.


Emmer and Ale – This is a new bread for a new year. Made with a portion of UW’s

Neolithic emmer grain that we freshly grind and mix with a splash of amber ale. The bread has a crispy crust and malty crumb that makes great artisan sandwiches or peanut butter toast. We’ve been enjoying the test batch this week!


Laramie Levain – Our signature sourdough made in the French Style. Always one of my favorites with a thick crust and custardy crumb.


Sunflower and Flax Levain – A seeded variation of our sourdough absolutely loaded with sunflower and flax seeds. I love this bread with butter and a hearty winter soup.


Seeded Multigrain – Our classic multigrain jam packed with seeds and grains – pumpkin, sunflower, flax, polenta, spelt, and steel-cut oats.
