We are planning our first fall pop-up event for of the season for Saturday, September 25 with our classic sourdoughs, focaccia, and seeded breads.
If you're new to our Solstice Acre pop-ups, they go like this: Fill out the order form linked here: https://form.jotform.com/212628540608152. On the form, you will have your choice of four breads. Bread orders will be ready for pick-up at our home, 5418 Pilot Peak Road, from 4-5 pm on Saturday, September 25. We'll come right out to your car and deliver your bread to your door.
Here are the breads that will be on the menu for September:
A unique sourdough made with two types of starter and Guinness stout.
Our signature sourdough made in the French country bread style. More mild than American sourdoughs, but full of flavor and a great chewy texture.
Our classic multigrain loaf made with wheat, oats, cornmeal, flax, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. This bread has been on our menu since the beginning and is always a customer favorite.
An Italian pan bread made with healthy dosses of olive oil and topped with flaked sea salt and Italian herbs.
