Sun and Walnuts in the Park
For everyone who enjoyed the rye bread last week, we have another one for you for the Thursday Market in Undine Park tomorrow starting at 3 pm. The Pain de Seigle is a French rye bread, and to make things interesting, Blake adds cranberries and walnuts to our version. He also adds walnuts to the Spelt Levain, made with spelt grown in Wyoming and ground today. Finally, we're bringing the Roasted Potato Bread back out by popular demand.
These will be at the market in addition to Seeded Multigrain, Laramie Levain, Pain Rustique, Baguettes, Focaccia, Chocolate Croissants and Kouign Amann Pastries. See you tomorrow for a sunny market day!
