About Solstice Acre

Mission

Solstice Acre contributes to food security in Albany County by producing and donating artisan bread and vegetables, as well as by selling artisan bread and donating proceeds to direct service providers like Feeding Laramie Valley. Additionally, Solstice Acre operates an apprentice baker program focused on providing vocational training and experience to local youth with disabilities.

Solstice Acre is a 501c3 organization. We can be found every summer at the Thursday Farmer's Market in Undine Park and in pop-up events. Sign up for our email list to stay in touch.
