Blake has noticed that our classic focaccia has been the first to sell out for weeks now, so much that people request it by name. This week, in addition to this classic that always on offer, Blake's bringing out a new focaccia with asiago cheese. Staying on theme, he's also bringing our delicious Pane Siciliano to market. Not quite on theme, our other rotating bread is an Irish Levain. What can I say? It goes really well with beer!
