Summer is Winding Down

It was band camp week at the McGee's this week, which means that school starts soon! It feels like summer has only just gotten started... Fortunately, we still have a little more time at the market to enjoy fresh bread together.


This week, we don't have a theme, but we touch on some of the themes from past weeks (German breads, French levains, and Foccacia). Blake's planning a German Farmer's Bread, Whole Wheat Levain, and Asiago Foccacia. See you at 3pm!
