Semolina Sesame and Scalded Spelt - Back on the Menu!
After several requests, we're bringing back our popular semolina sesame bread for tomorrow's market. This white Italian loaf has a great crunchy crust, made with semolina flour, the same flour in pasta. We'll also have scalded spelt levain, a sourdough made with spelt, an ancient grain. That's in addition to our regular breads, pastries and pies from Stephanie. Come on out to Undine Park at 3 pm for your best selection of delicious fresh baked goods.
